Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and document the reason for your return.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the item is in its original packaging and unassembled state to prevent damage during transit and qualify for a full refund.
Schedule Collection
Our white-glove delivery partners will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for the inspection and removal of the furniture from your home.
Receive Your Refund
Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
